Portland, Oregon based youth mental health facility currently seeking Clinical Director for leadership of residential and direct care programs.
Responsibilities include: administrative, fiscal, and clinical direction for the program. Assure programs meet current regulatory and quality standards. Supervision of managers and staff. Liasion with external agencies.
Successful candidate will posess: excellent verbal/written skills, ability to work in a fast paced, diverse, collaborative, confidential setting. Ability to work with little to no supervision.
Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field. License to practice social work or counseling in Oregon desired.
Three to five years counseling/facilitating with interdisciplinary teams. Two years supervisory experience in a clinic or unit.
