Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue seeks qualified candidates to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer. This position will serve a one-year term as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the organization. The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for:
Membership Recruitment
• Identify and develop new ways to engage families and youth in Club programs
• Track and evaluate programs for effectiveness and improvements
Program Development
• Develop programmatic partnerships with organizations and agency partners.
• Coordinate with Club staff on outcome measurements and tracking.
Marketing & Public Relations
• Develop marketing strategies to increase Club membership/program participation
• Engage volunteers/mentors to support organizational and specific program goals
