As the Advocacy Integration and Campaigns Manager, you’ll lead the creation, execution, and ongoing management of advocacy campaign efforts, ensuring objectives and client expectations are met. Develop and implement strategies to engage, strengthen, and grow World Vision's advocacy constituency. Serve as a liaison to internal and external clients regarding campaign related issues.
Campaign Management
Develop and implement strategic plans for advocacy campaigns that effectively leverage organization resources and mobilize the World Vision constituency. Oversee the campaign budget, evaluate results, and recommend changes to strategies to ensure campaign objectives and client expectations are met. Manage external partnerships and develop key coalitions that raise the profile of World Vision advocacy campaigns and promote involvement. Position World Vision as a go-to resource for accurate, timely, and compelling information on campaign issues. Ensure requests for information and action opportunities are fulfilled by the appropriate staff and by contributing content to advocacy communications. Develop and administer acquisition plans that measurably increase the amount and contributions of self-identified advocates. Manage the planning, design, strategy, and execution of special events. Coordinate with the Advocacy and Government Relations team to amplify the messaging of policy impact and maximize opportunities for involvement of World Vision programs and supporters. Hire, fire, train, and counsel employees under direct supervision; evaluate employee performance against individual and team goals and recommend salary increases, promotions and other personnel actions. Communicate World Vision's Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others.
Attend and participate in the leadership of daily devotions and weekly Chapel services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Master's degree in marketing, public policy, or related field preferred.
- Broad experience managing marketing and/or advocacy campaigns, 5 years.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Demonstrated success in building and executive effective advocacy or marketing campaigns.
- Creative with strong implementation and execution skills a must.
