Program and Clinical Director
Reports to: Executive Director
Status: Exempt
Job Description:
The Program and Clinical Director supervises and trains agency staff responsible for providing direct services to clients. This position will be involved in creating and implementing new programs and will be part of the agency leadership team.
Examples of Duties:
Member of Executive Team to help provide oversight and supervision of NHM
Provide training, supervision and coaching to direct service staff in best practices for case management and client service
Design and provide training for direct service volunteers
Participate in developing new programs and treatment models using principles of Positive Youth Development
Participate in budget development for programs
Represent NHM at community meetings and related functions
Develop programmatic goals and performance goals for staff and ensure that goals are on target to be met
Oversee collection of client information and agency statistics
Assess organizational needs and identify areas for growth and improvement
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
5 or more years of experience in managing, training and supervising direct service staff
Experience and knowledge of best practices in working with high risk youth
Experience in program development
Experience in building cohesive teams and implementing new initiatives
Masters in Social Work and LICSW preferred (experience in supervision and case management in lieu of education and licensure accepted)
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work evening hours when necessary two to four evenings per month
Proficient within the PC environment -- Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary: Annual $52,000+ DOE
