Program Manager -- Full Time -- Crisis Residential Center
On-site Manager for Crisis Residential Center serving youth 12- 17 years old in need of emergency placement.
This well reputed program provides short --term (15 day) stabilization services to up to six youth who are runaways, in conflict with family, state-dependent or in need of emergency placement.
The program is located in Arlington (Marysville area).
Primary responsibilities of the Program Manager are:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the program
Supervise and develop staff team
Oversee assessment, programming and discharge planning for each teen
Qualifications:
> BA in social services or related field
And / Or
> Five years successful full-time experience in relevant field
> Supervisory Experience that promotes positive team development
> Demonstrated experience with at-risk teen population
Minimum Requirements: Pass a WA State Background Clearance; CPR, 1st Aid; Good Driving Record.
Salary: $2537.00 Month; Leave, Health Benefits, 401k Available.
