We are committed to the Big Goal of helping foster youth graduate from high school ready for a wide range of postsecondary options at the same rates as their peers.
Treehouse currently has an opening for a full-time (40 hours per week) Associate Director of Programs.

The Associate Director of Programs leads and manages an innovative statewide educational advocacy program that promotes educational consistency, increased time in classes, and provision of appropriate individualized supports for youth, resulting in dramatically increased high school graduation rates and entry into postsecondary pathways for foster youth. Other key objectives include:
  • Participates as a member of the Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership to inform organizational and growth strategies to support achievement of Treehouse’s Big Goal.
  • Guides strategic integration of Treehouse Programs to ensure youth benefit from coordinated, wrap-around services that draw from expertise across the organization’s service areas.
  • Develops and supports collaborative partnerships in both the public and private sectors in support of our strategic goals.
  • Actively contributes to ongoing development of Treehouse’s program evaluation strategies, ensuring implementation of evidence-informed practices and our ability to use data to inform service delivery and decision-making processes.
Master’s Degree in social work, education or related field required, as well as a demonstrated understanding of and success within the fields of Child Welfare and Education and a minimum of 3 years supervisory and staff development experience.

Salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 DOE. Medical/dental/vision benefits are paid in full for employee.

Dependent coverage offered at employee cost.
