Director of Training (Seattle)
The Director of Training will fulfill the roles of manager, trainer, and public speaker for a Washington State 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to prevent suicide among youth, including among the LGBTQ communities. Skills wanted include professional public speaking, community outreach, data collection, interpersonal communication, and personnel and project management. Experience with school districts statewide a plus.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Services and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in management. Experience as a trainer or in clinical work. Work on the area of suicide prevention a plus but not mandatory.
