Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a Bilingual (Spanish) Part Time Match Coordinator to work with our mentors (volunteers) and mentees (children) in ensuring that they have constructive and satisfying relationships, while maintaining child safety.
The Match Coordinator will have a caseload of matches and will check in with them through scheduled in-person, telephone and electronic contact in both Spanish and English. The Match Coordinator will assess individual training needs, as well as information and support needs for each match participant in order to assure a positive youth development experience for the child, and successful and satisfying experience for the volunteer. The ability to work independently while exercising good judgment is essential to this position.
The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and be able to collect meaningful data and draw solid conclusions.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting solid customer service both in-person and via the telephone
