Service Alternatives, Inc. - We are expanding our teams in Arlington and Everett! Work with youth with behavioral challenges in the Snohomish county area. F/T, P/T, swing and weekend positions available! The Behavioral Intervention and Support Specialist (BISS) position is responsible for the direct care and supervision of teens in a group home setting, providing a safe environment while working on implementation of behavioral and permanency goals. PT / FT, Weekends & Swings Available!
Qualifications: 21 years or older; WDL; good driving record; 1 year of experience working with children, BA preferred or GED/High School Diploma. The position pays $10.00 an hour. Health benefits, and other benefits are available after 6 months of employment of part-time 20 or more hours a week.
