A large non-profit, enterprise model agency that provides housing, treatment and employment to criminally justice involved individuals is recruiting for Associate Vice President. Agency serves 10,000 unduplicated clients annually, 6300 of those in behavioral health, has over 800 housing units, and has robust training and employment services, both internally and externally to the agency. This position reports to the VP of Behavioral Health
The primary area of the assignment will be overseeing Chemical Dependency and Mental Health services for non-profit with 17 Behavioral Health programs statewide. Services include: adult residential Chemical Dependency and Mental Health, outpatient and youth residential.
Key responsibilities
Overseeing day to day operations of all Chemical Dependency and Mental Health services
Ensuring quality clinical practice; expanding Evidence- based practices, standardization of service models within key areas of residential, outpatient care.
Takes the leadership role in developing processes to expand and integrate agency's housing and employment services for BH service recipients
Oversees the development of behavioral health services that are responsive to federal, state, county, city needs
Education and Experience
Master's Degree in Behavioral Health discipline or a related applicable field of study
Credentialed individual with strong experience in and current knowledge of the field of chemical dependency and mental health
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Customer focused
Demonstrated experience in building successful behavioral health service delivery systems
