Big Brothers Big Sisters Donation Center is accepting applications for a part-time Driver/Donation Station Attendant. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Driving an agency truck; loading and unloading donations of clothing, small household items and furniture; unloading, cleaning and maintaining donation bins throughout the community; setting up and operating a weekend Attended Donation Station; driving a daily route.
Qualified candidates will have the following: Washington State drivers license with clean driving record (CDL not required); 21 years of age or older; excellent customer service skills; ability to work independently; able to repeatedly lift 75 lbs; able to work weekends and other assigned days in all types of weather conditions; desire to support the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound. Ability to be available for on-call and fill-in shifts a big plus. Experience with small to medium size commercial vehicles good but not necessary. Will train. This is a temporary part-time position.
The BBBS Donation Center is a non-profit organization that provides funding for the youth mentoring programs of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound.
