Looking Glass Counseling Program is seeking a full time Clinical Supervisor to join three other Clinical Supervisors on our Program Management Team. The Counseling Program employs 40 clinical staff who provide outpatient mental health services for more than 2,000 children, adolescents, and adults annually throughout Lane County. Job responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for 8 therapists, direct clinical work with program clients, participation on the program management team, and coordination of assigned clinical teams and projects.
