STARTING RANGE: $13,961 - $16,383/yr DOQ (Quoted at 0.5 FTE)
FULL RANGE: $13,961 - $17,900 (Quoted at 0.5 FTE)
FLSA CLASS: Non-Exempt

RESPONSIBLE TO: Youth Employment and Education Services (YES!) Program Director
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent for this position is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and marketing activities for the Workforce Investment Act programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Incumbent must possess: a minimum of two years college or vocational training in business, marketing, office administration, or a closely related field, preferably including experience in program marketing and participant recruitment; Two years of demonstrated administrative assistance experience; A proficiency in the use of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Publisher; A high level of professional communication skills including the ability to present materials to the public and in professional settings; A good driving record with six years driving experience; A valid Washington State Driver License; Reliable transportation; and Personal auto insurance levels at, or above, $100,000 individual and $300,000 combined single limit liability. In addition to this, the incumbent must be able to pass and extensive background check with no history of conviction, or perpetration of: child abuse or physical harm to another person. (EOE)
