YFC reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.
Every day, throughout Kitsap and North Mason Counties, West Sound YFC engages with over 1500 kids each week in schools, juvenile institutions, coffee shops, and local hangouts. Whether at the skate park, helping a foster child find a permanent home or coaching a teen mom through the struggles of parenting, YFC staff and volunteers show the love of Christ in tangible ways.
God has given us incredible opportunities. Due to the economic downturn, YFC is being asked to expand our ministry to meet the needs of the local community. However, we can't do this alone. You can get involved and make a difference in the life of a young person in our community.

Campus Life Ministry Staff
Position Description:
West Sound Youth for Christ is seeking to hire a Campus Life staff person to head the new ministry at one of many local Middle or High Schools in the Kitsap and North Mason Communities. This person needs to have a heart for God, a passion to reach lost teens, and the skills needed to build adult and student relationships and mobilize strong team of volunteers. A bachelor's degree and ministry experience are preferred. E‐mail your resume highlighting past ministry experience and preferred school/community by March 30th.
