You will be responsible for checking in with a caseload of matches and assessing child safety, individual training needs, and information and support needs for each match participant in order to assure a positive youth development experience for the child and successful and satisfying experience for the volunteer.
The ideal candidate would:
-have a Bachelor's degree in social services, human services or related field
-be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-have access to a reliable automobile, valid driver's license and automobile insurance
-have an understanding of child development and family dynamics
-have the ability to work with confidential information
-have excellent oral and written communication skills that reflect solid customer service both in-person and via the telephone.
Full-time position with flexible schedule, including evening and occasional weekend hours, and excellent benefits.
