Job duties entail the direct supervision of five Bi-lingual Residential Counselors and include interviewing, training and on-going job performance evaluation.
The Program Supervisor also works directly with the youth in the program to ensure that their educational, medical, legal developmental and emotional needs are being met.
This is a new program starting March 1st.
The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, residential experience, a Bachelor's degree in a social services related field, is 21 or older, has a good driving record and able to pass a criminal history background check.
