Duties include working as a team member providing and documenting supervision, case management, independent living skills, counseling, recreation, transportation, and support.
Must be twenty-one or older, have a valid driver's license, good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check. BA required, experience preferred.
One position for day/swing shift, one position for graveyard shift. Part time on-call position also available. EOE
