Qualifications:
• At least one year's experience in fundraising, development or marketing
• Dynamic, detail-oriented, highly organized, a quick learner; able to juggle multiple, ever-changing tasks, activities and duties and respond to Department needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel AND PowerPoint ; general tech savvy-ness a must
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable public speaking and working with people one on one.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality re youth and staff
• Tactful, mature and sincere in attitude and action
• Support and represent the mission and goals of Cocoon House
• Sense of humor
Desired Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Raiser's Edge Database
• Prior event planning and event managing experience
• Experience managing volunteers and volunteer committees
Salary @ $35K-$43K, DOE
