YouthBuild is a program to involve unemployed young adults in building affordable housing in their communities. It gives youth between the ages of 18-24 skills in the construction trades coupled with academic training leading to a GED. The position of YouthBuild Counselor/Job Developer will provide ongoing counseling support, advocacy, and guidance to program members in order to help them deal with their personal, legal, and social service needs.
