We are currently seeking an experience Regional Program Director for our Western Washington Region to be responsible for the overall implementation and operations of approved Olive Crest programs in the western Washington area of the PNW Region. Oversees and directs the planning, implementation and coordination of all policies and procedures concerning these divisions.

Duties Include:
1. Supervise all Western Washington Programs division leadership related to program administration, program operating budgets and treatment strategies.
2. Interface and be the lead liaison with National Program Staff and Program Core teams as it relates to implementing best practices and program models and insuring appropriate levels of communication and alignment.
3. Prepare and submit monthly program review reports to Executive Regional Director as requested.
4. Prepare and submit RFPs as directed by Executive Regional Director.
5. Develop and coordinate new programs as directed by Executive Regional Director.
6. Responsible for input on budget development, implementation and monitoring.
7. Serve as liaison between all Western Washington programs and the Development Department.
8. Serve on National Olive Crest Committees as assigned.
9. Represent Olive Crest on various regional and state councils or committees.
10. Represent Olive Crest at community events, conferences as appropriate
11. Responsible for the revision of regional program statements/strategic documents
12. Direct staff during crisis situations and report to Executive Regional Director.
13. Coordinate with Executive Director and National Program staff on shared hiring decisions.
14. Interface with and monitor consultant(s) who function as professional treatment staff.
15. Supervise and monitor decisions related to certification (and desertification) of foster parents, placement of children, transfers and terminations.
16. Serve as a liaison between DLR, DCFS and other agencies and organizations as appropriate.
17. Ensure compliance of state contracts and related DSHS regulations as well as COA and Olive Crest policies and procedures. .
18. Monitor and ensure continued process improvement related to recruitment, retention, certification, intake, special population sub-programs, etc. as appropriate.
19. Oversee and monitor all purchase orders and check requests related to Western Washington Program activities.
20. Develop, implement and monitor training and support programs designed to meet the needs of program staff and foster parents.
21. Monitor and supervise all fiscally-related aspects of the program including compliance to fiscal budget both in terms of income and expenses.
22. Participate with regional trustee board meetings and private funding campaigns as appropriate and directed.
23. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:
1. Master's Degree in a Human Services field.
2. Three years of administrative experience with a children's service agency.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Prior supervisory experience.
5. Good organizational and management skills.
6. Strong leadership skills.
7. A philosophy of support for abused children in line with values, mission and treatment philosophy of Olive Crest.
8. Must have a management philosophy that respects the value of people and seeks to maximize their potential in the work place.
9. Managerial experience in a culturally diverse work place.
10. Washington State Licensed Mental Health professional.
